Singer Jose Chameleone is a very controversial character. Two weeka ago he acquired a white Range Rover Sport and he drove it around town for a couple of days without licence plates. Tabloids speculated that the singer hadn’t cleared with Uganda Revenue Authority and he was driving the car illegally as it wasn’t registered. Apparently, the Valu Valu singer had cleared all taxes but just couldn’t wait for URA to give him his private licence plates to start cruising his new toy. Immediately after acquiring his new licence plates Doctor, after his moniker of “Musical Doctor,” Chameleone posted photos of the ride on facebook and scoffed at Paparazzi.
