Sipapa
All along, we thought that most of the things written about Sipapa were the work of naysayers but a few days ago, we witnessed how he operates.
Sipapa, real name Charles Olim, was driving by Mesach Ssemakula’s bar during Evelyn Lagu’s carwash in his convertible Benz when he attracted attention. And of course some journalists couldn’t help themselves.
What did he do? Dude just parked the car in the middle of the road and left the engine running, caring less about the other road users. Those who couldn’t be patient had to find alternative routes because not even the honking moved the man.
Our efforts to get a photograph of the dramatic scene were, however, interrupted when one of his mean-looking bouncers eyed us.
