Nigerian artiste Burna Boy might currently be Africa’s most expensive artiste right now and from what we have heard, he is booked out this year and part of next year. Despite staging two shows in Uganda previously, Ham Kuggundu and his team feel Burna Boy is the perfect artiste for the grand opening of Nakivubo Stadium.

Information we received is that they are contemplating having the grand opening sometime in July next year.

Burna Boy’s first performance was at Namboole Stadium in 2013 alongside Patra, Mafikizolo and Shaggy during the Club mega fest before he returned in 2019 at Sheraton Gardens.
