What does Apple-Rush filmz specialise in?
We do quite a variety of projects; Bina-Uganda, making music videos, covering weddings, introductions and other social events, documentaries, graphics design, editing, printing posters, T-shirts, overalls and uniforms. I’m the executive director.

Why did you choose Apple-Rush as a business name?
We chose Apple-Rush for various reasons, first of all, we use Apple because it’s a universal brand and since we work as a team it was most suitable. We added “rush” because we were quickly excelling with bulk of talent. We have experienced editors, script writers, directors, artistes, graphic designers and animators.

For how long has Apple-Rush existed?
It has been three years since we started in April 2009. Since then, we have established a string of businesses like Internet Cafés, a pub called Apple Rush Basement Pub and also acquired a vehicle, all while I am still a student.

What are you studying?
I’m studying Bachelors of Information Technology at Ndejje University, Kampala campus.

Will you charge me according to what I look like?
Actually, I will charge you according to the requirements of your work and how much my budget to accomplish your work is. We don’t have a fixed price … it depends on the video script, the number of cameras to be used, people on set, and time of the day we are required to work.
