The music video : Atuuse – Rema

Atuuse, a video shot by Henix Touch simply grabs you off the hook. One thing that stands out perfectly in this video is its crystal montage finesse.  Atuuse saves us from the dancers that erode your usual Ugandan music videos.

Though there is nothing romantic about the alley behind Worker’s House, Rema manages to infuse the emotional touch with the pink hat, and the costumes that depict musical love sensations. However there is nothing to show that she’s been waiting, except for that passionate run when Rema sets out to meet her prince charming.

Throughout the video, Rema is kept in centre frame, she owns up to the video, even when she gets on the car bonnet. The images in Atuuse cut across with a softness that’s categorical of careful shots. Henix gives the video magnificent slow editing and builds its strength on wonderful dissolve.  The colorising in the video is above the notch-clear and rich.
Atuuse is one video you can associate with. Though it loses it as far as location is concerned, as something like Rema fully completing the figure of a Spanish marguerite riding a horse would have attracted sparkles. The synchronisation of the audio and video during the chorus-verse changes is worth complimenting.

By building on the beautiful Kampala sun, the video recovers from its slight demeanors of a few poor shots and gives the sweet shred of the natural merged with the musical. Atuuse portrays maturity, emotions and wonderful video musicality. It’s too good to believe, it’s a Gagamel member’s video.
