Weasel and AK47 make up at Venom

Weasel

There was unsual excitement at Club Venom in Kabalagala when enemies yet crooning brothers Douglas Mayanja aka Weasel of Good Lyfe and Emmanuel Mayanja aka AK Fourtyseven walked into the club together last Sunday.

Jose Chameleone, the big brother to both Weasel and AK Fourtyseven is responsible for having nurtured both his young brothers into the music world. However, Chameleone and Weasel fell out a few years ago when Weasel chose to leave Leone Island with Mowzey Radio to form Good Lyfe.

AK Fourtyseven, who was still in school then, later joined Leone Island. At one time he exchanged punches and even tossed a glass at his big brother Weasel in the former Ange Mystique.

The duo had also grown their own beef, besides the one Chameleone has with Good Lyfe as a group.

However, the two brothers seem to have buried the hatchet as they spent hours chatting before hitting the stage to do a free style together at the Club Venom beach bar last Sunday.

Revellers screamed their lungs out as AK Fourtyseven who had just returned from a show in Malawi with Chameleone, sang with and hugged Weasel for the first time in many years.

We thought it was good for the two brothers, but we are yet to know what Chameleone has to say!
