Fashion tip : Stripes, they make a bold fashion statement

Striped dressYou may not have realised it, but stripes are one of the most fashionable prints right now. Stripes have a style element that makes them very versatile, and thus making it easy for you to incorporate them in your look. Whether you are wearing them to the office, to the club, or even to church, you can be rest assured that you will attain your desired look with this print. And the good news is you are not limited: you can wear your stripes on skirts, jackets, dresses, shirts, cropped tops and so on.

Like all other prints though, how you wear your stripes is very important. Stripes are very loud, and so are bound not only to emphasise the part of your body, on which you wear them, but will also cause attention. If you have a relatively big bust, then wear the stripes on your bottom. That way, you can draw attention away from your already emphasised bust, down to your bottom.

You can also use stripes to elevate your body, and size. For instance if you want to appear taller, then opt for vertical stripes. Alternatively, if you need to make your upper half seem more extended, then opt for a vertical stripped top.
In order to pull this look off really well, then pair it with a coloured item. A black and white striped boyfriend shirt can be paired with a red coloured pair of tights. That way, the stripes still manage to stand out in the look, and come off looking beautiful, courtesy of the colour splash.

You can also choose to add the colour element with accessories. You can decide to finish off your stripped maxi dress with a green totte, and a pair of gold strappy sandals.
If you are the daring type, then you can mix your stripes with other prints like florals and polka dots.
