They say everything you do in the dark will someday come out in the light. And indeed after days of playing hide and seek and refuting allegations, Herbert Shonga is finally done.
At the just-concluded Roast and Rhyme, Shonga showed up hand-in-hand with his alleged mistress, Sheilat Murungi. The two, who had for long denied being together, looked happy together and could not seem to get enough of each other. However, everytime Murungi, the PR of Wave Lounge saw a camera, she ran to hide behind trees and stoves – the sight!
The affair was first revealed by Shonga’s wife, Dorothy, who has since left him and resettled at her hometown in Malawi. Shonga on the other hand still runs his printing business on Nasser Road after the break up cost the couple their already struggling bar, Space Lounge.
