Top comedians snub King Kong burial

Last Sunday was a dark day for the comedy world, following the loss of comedian Alex Lumu Ssempala popularly known as King Kong. The death of the comedian took many by surprise as his colleagues said they had spent the last days with him, and he had not complained of any illness but rather just a mere headache.

However, although many shared condolence messages on their social media pages, that was all they did. Only young and upcoming comedians went to pay their last respects to King Kong.

According to a comedian who preferred anonymity, they expected faces such as Salvado, Pablo, Alex Muhangi, Dolibondo, Ronnie Mcvex, Emma Napoleone, Hannington Bugingo and Mendo, among others to show face but wapi! The only notable faces at King Kong’s burial were Madrat and Chiko, Snake and Zolo, Optional Allan, Okello Okello and Ssenga Ssebanga.

Eddy Kenzo was the only singer present since the comedian had featured in his previous music videos.
