Ugandan Musician Moses Ssali, known by his stage name Bebe Cool, has said that his brain has not yet matured enough to understand the situation in the country.

“I am just a child when it comes to comparison with the big politicians in this country. My brain hasn’t even matured that much to understand the situation in Uganda,” he said in an interview with Urban TV’s Scoop on Scoop show.

Since the events that led to the arrest of his nemesis, Robert Kyagulanyi, aka Bobi Wine, a number of people on social media have pestered him to say something; he has however chosen silence.

Asked what he thinks about the political situation in Uganda, he said his silence should be a lesson to Ugandans about what can possibly happen to them.

“We are a democratic country. We practice democracy. You want democracy, but you want to take away mine, by forcing me to talk. The fact that you can harass a silent person for silence, says a lot,” he said.

“I want to remind the same people who are asking me these things, do they know the level at which their brains have developed to understand the situation enough? A twenty-year-old youth arguing about politics should leave that small space to know that their brain is not yet mature to grasp the whole situation, so is mine,” he added.

“That is why at the end of the day there are fathers still running this country, because there is a lot we do not understand.”

About the haters on his page…

“People are hurt by the fact that I’m not of their opinion, and it is only natural to disagree on that. As long as I’m sure that my opinion is better and accounts, I can never be moved by the negativity on my social media platforms”

“My page is liked by nemesis’s fans, more than my fans. I think I have the biggest number of people who don’t support Bebe Cool on my page. It is making me so strong. I’m hard skin.”
