Heartbroken A Pass announces seven-day internet starvation after Flavia, Kabura Kukyala ceremony

“I’d rather have a broken arm than a broken heart,” Christie Brinkley, an American model, actress and businesswoman once said.

Unsurprisingly, Brinkley has been married four times, most notably to musician Billy Joel, several of whose music videos she appeared in. Her fourth marriage, to architect Peter Cook, ended in a much-publicized 2008 divorce.

With a career spanning more than three decades, magazines such as Allure and Men’s Health have named Brinkley one of the most attractive women of all time. Her financial holdings in 2018 were worth an estimated $250 million, primarily as the owner of several companies and real estate.

However, the story is not about Brinkley. It is about Ugandan musician and songwriter Alexander Bagonza, popularly known by his stage name as A Pass.

Just hours after learning about the Kukyala ceremony for TV personalities and lovebirds, Flavia Tumusime and Andrew Kabura, the Didadada singer took to social media to nurse his broken heart.
Flavia on Saturday took Kabura to her mother’s home in Kamwokya, Kampala in what was described as a simple secret Kukyala, attended by a selected few.

A Pass who once declared he had a crush on Flavia on Sunday posted on social media saying he would try and move on with his broken heart.

The goat (Greatest Of All Times) as he prefers being called said he would be going off social media for seven days to grieve.

“The best thing to do now is to move on, what has happened, as painful as it may be I have to go forward like Amama Mbabazi. A wise man once told me the best revenge is to improve yourself…. now am going to improve myself and come back stronger. There is nothing I can do about the issue now even if I switch off the TV the news will still go on. At this moment no one can console me at all so I will be going off internet to cry for seven days on a mountain. Bye,” he wrote.

All we can say to A Pass is Good luck bra! All is not lost. You still have time to appeal given the fact that the Kuhingira and wedding ceremonies are yet to be held.

If you fail to stop the two ceremonies whose preparations we understand are in high gear, then work hard and be like Brinkley.
