Besides the gesture of shaking hands with Bobi Wine, Bebe Cool made headlines when he came to Kenzo’s show all dressed up in a red tracksuit which is the color known to be used by People Power, the same political outfit that Bobi Wine belongs to.

Many interpreted it their own way with some suggesting that Bebe Cool had switched sides from his original NRM to People Power but the musician came out yesterday during an interview with NTV and clarified this.

He said he simply had no choice.

“The suit I specifically wanted to wear when I entered the shop was not available in any other color and because I’m an artiste who always wants to be smart, I chose that particular red one,” Bebe told Solomon Kawesi about his choice of attire.
