Fik Fameica seems to be having more sleepless nights than we had imagined. Besides having to deal with Fresh Kid and John Blaq, word reaching us is that fresh summons have been issued for the singer.

According to documents we came across, Wanene Entertainment Ltd and Mussa Ramadhani, aka Chin Bess through their lawyers KTA Advocates, requested the High court of Uganda to renew summons in civil suit against Fik Fameica and his managers.

“On December 14, 2018, court summons were issued against the defendants but we could not trace their addresses. We have located phone contacts of one of the defendants and therefore would like to serve him. We humbly request that the summons be renewed,” reads part of the documents dated January 28.

It is said that Fik Fameica plagiarised Pepeta, a song by Mussa Ramadhani, aka Chin Bees, and produced Mafia. The Tanzanian musician is said to have registered the song on March 2, 2017 and holds moral rights to it.
