Dancehall singer Beenie Gunter records song about Nyege Nyege

The Nyege Nyege feeling is not yet over and it’s surely going to take some time to get out of people’s minds. One, because of the experience those who attended witnessed and the regret those who didn’t go will have until the next edition.

Despite the numerous acts at the frecently concluded edition of Nyege Nyege, one artiste decided to make a lasting impact by recording a song at a studio that was set up in the vicinity.

Beenie Gunter, courtesy of the Bell Jamz creative hub recorded a song about Nyege Nyege titled ‘Never like Dat’ and all indications are that the song might be used as the theme track for the ever growing event.

Produced by Asteyn, there was no prior preparation which makes Beenie Gunter one of the best creative dancehall artistes in Uganda.

The recording studio was however not restricted to only artistes as revelers were free to walk in and record songs of their own.
