The three day‘s UNCC arts and cultural festival was fairly attended and the mood was low in the initial days of the concert not until the second day when legendary singer Daniel Kazibwe alias Ragga Dee took to stage to perform for revelers.

His performance outshone all the first day performers that even with a handful crowd, he performed to his best with a live band.
