Blame the fans -Bebe Cool on the top three contention

A few months ago, Gravity Omutujju came out and said artistes like Jose Chameleone, Bebe Cool, and Bobi Wine should give way to other artistes to also reign in the industry. This was based on the argument that the three no longer have anything new to offer.

Gravity received a backlash because of his statements not from the trio but from their fans. Gravity then called for a press conference where he shed a few tears saying he was misquoted.

After weeks of silence from the trio, Bebe Cool came out and retaliated saying that some artistes are to blame for failing to make it to the top.

“It is the public that created the bubble of the top three. It is the audience that placed us there,” he said in an interview.

The ‘Love You Everyday’ artiste also advised fellow artistes who want to be on the same level as them to start making constructive music.

“Maddox doesn’t need to go back to the studio. Give me any reason why Chamelone should also go back to the studio. They have music that will make them stay relevant for a lifetime.”
