Mc Kats
MC Kats has been in the music business for more than 15 years, emceeing at events and then managing artistes along the way. When he announced his status a few years ago, he probably thought he would better society by working with different NGOs to stop the spread of HIV/Aids. After attending several workshops, attending meetings and conferences, Kats said no NGO has ever paid him more than Shs150,000 as facilitation. With such treatment, he said he was tired and was no longer interested in doing NGO work going forward.
“I am tired of being used so I have decided to fully concentrate on entertainment which I know best and is satisfied with. You will be seeing me in bars, at concerts and managing artistes,” he said during an interview on Talk and Talk.
Besides his King of the Mic event happening tomorrow, Kats is said to be managing Victor Ruz.
