John Blaq disappointed with the new artiste Federation

With each passing day, Ugandan artistes are still commenting about the newly formed artiste federation called the Uganda National Musicians Federation, the latest being John Kasadha alias John Blaq.

John Blaq talked about his distress for the Federation, especially the newly elected committee.

According to him, artistes should not have positions in the leading team first because they are not qualified and then because of their busy schedules.

“Did Bebe Cool study finance or any related course yet he is the finance minister? Sometimes we need to elect people based on what they have studied, not because they are available. If we want to steer the industry forward, we need to elect people who are professionals in those fields,” said John Blaq.

The ‘Chai Mata’ artiste added that most of them are school dropouts who should be replaced by skilled people in specific fields.
