Abitex serves Alien Skin an intention to sue letter

In a recent TikTok live broadcast, promoter Abbey Musinguzi alias Abitex swore that Alien Skin would pay dearly for not meeting his end of the deal for the ‘Nkwacho Festival’ that the former was initially supposed to organize.

Well the promoter through his lawyers Lunat Advocates, has decided to serve the singer with an intention to sue letter for the damages he made while preparing for the festival.

According to the letter, Alien Skin agreed with Abitex to pay shs100M for the Nkwakyo Festival and he paid an instalment/deposit of shs 10million with the balance of 90million to be paid before the performance. However, after the deposit was paid, Alien Skin cancelled the festival without giving Abitex a prior notice.

According to the letter, this caused the promoter economic loss, mental distress, embarrassment and damaged his reputation as an events promoter.

They therefore demand the singer to pay shs 71,500,000 within seven days. This money covers up for the losses and damages sustained as a result of cancelling the event and shs6million as legal fees.
