Singer Jowy Landa reveals why she quit Pallaso’s management

After a long time of struggling musically, Singer Joan Namugerwa popularly known as Jowy Landa is finally becoming a household name. This comes after she tried singing under several record labels and managers.

Jowy Landa recently signed a working contract with Deejay Roja’s 7star music label which later decided to team up with Team No Sleep owned by Jeff Kiwa to manage the singer’s music career.

Jowy Landa had never opened up on why she stopped working with the previous managements but she recently revealed why she stopped being managed by singer Pallaso.

According to Jowy Landa, her career started when she was in Pallaso’s Team Good Music, a music group that had a manager who at the time managed both Pallaso and Jowy Landa.

“Team Good Music had a boss (a one Max) that later left the country. When he did, Pallaso had to get another manager who was Karma Ivien,’’ Jowy Landa said.

She went on and said that Pallaso then told her to get another manager and it was the point when she felt used because her career had finally starting to pay off with the song ‘African Girl’.

Jowy Landa has since then moved to record labels like Sure Entertainment and De Texas before singing with Dj Roja’s 7 Star and now Team No Sleep.
