TID, a veteran Tanzanian artiste was or is still in Uganda for reasons we really do not know.
But what we know is that he called Jose Chameleone his ‘godfather’ recently during the Oktoberfest celebrations at Lugogo grounds. Chameleone was the headlining artiste at the event and he brought TID along with him and while on the stage, he called him up to do a song or two.
“It is an honour having performed for you guys and thank you Jose Chameleone, My godfather,” TID said after his performance.
In the early 2000s, TID was a household name in East Africa after songs such as Zeze and Siamini among others during the times when Chameleone was also a big name.
