South Africa’s Sho Madjozi returns to headline Nyege Nyege

South African artiste Sho Madjozi is in Uganda ahead of her second performance at Nyege Nyege.

Dressed in a matching sweatshirt and pants with white sneakers, the BET award winner touched down at Entebbe Airport earlier today and was all in a jolly mood looking forward to her performance tonight on the main stage.

This is not going to be the first time the South African artiste is going to be performing at Nyege as she was among the performers at the event back in 2015. She didn’t just stop at performing but was also one of the people who advocated for the event to go on as planned after then Minister of Ethics Father Simon Lokodo had ordered for the event to be closed claiming it was an open sex event.

The John Cena artiste made TV appearances talking about the festival and why cancelling it was such a bad idea.

The event finally happened but Sho Madjozi was not done yet. During her performance, she told the audience how their freedom of speech should be observed and that they should continue tweeting about it.

“You have your freedom of speech, tweet and above all, the freedom to groove.” She said midway through her performance.
