Comedian Patrick Salvador to grace Don Andre’s monthly comedy show

Comedian Andrew Odongo alias Don Andre last year found a home at Wombo Restaurant located on George Street in Kampala behind Central Police Station. At Wombo Restaurant, the comedian hosts a monthly comedy show dubbed Funny Bunny comedy club and the show hosts a number of comedians both established and young talent.

As the year begins, Don Andre is set to host his first show and this will feature the self-proclaimed man from Ombokolo Patrick Salvador Idringi. Salvador will not be the only performer but rather Andre confirmed other comedians like Uncle Mark and Pius Mudhaasi. The show will take place on February 27th at Wombo Restaurant.

According to Don Andre, the Funny Bunny comedy club is a platform to share ideas, entertain and grow the comedy fraternity. “As a comedian who has performed in different East African countries, one thing I learnt is that there should always be a comedy club to nurture comedians and also give comedy lovers a weekly or monthly comedy show” Don Andre says.

He goes on and said that he was warmly welcomed to Wombo Restaurant because the clients needed something like corporate comedy show that happens in a calm and serene place like wombo restaurant and that’s exactly what he brought on table.

During last year’s shows, the comedian hosted comedians like Emma Napoleone, Pablo Kimuli, Dr Hillary Okello, Ann Kansiime, Daniel Omara, Okello Okello and Timothy Nyanzi among others.

The show tickets are on sale at shs 20,000 and table of 6 is shs350,000 and comes special treatment as you enjoy the show.
