Earlier this week, NTV news anchor Andrew Kyamagero was the topic on X over his statements about a wife’s role in marriage.
With many feminists and most people, male alike against his views, musician Ykee Benda came out and supported Kyamagero, saying every home has its rules, culture, and beliefs.
“What I have learnt is every home with its rules and culture and beliefs. If Andrew and his wife are happy with their arrangement, good for them. I know couples where a man is very fine cooking and he still controls her movements and decisions. Some of my people go out every Friday with their wives and drink [silly] and they enjoy their marriage,” Ykee Benda said.
