Bobi Wine makes first statement after return

Musician turned celebrity politician, Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine, has just arrived at his home in Magere, outside Kampala, almost three hours after he landed at Entebbe International Airport from where security forces promptly chauffeured him away.
He has addressed the residents of Magere and his supporters who stood by his home awaited his arrival. Bobi Wine, accompanied by his wife Barbie Kyagulanyi, briefly appeared at the balcony of his home and said a few words expressing his gratefulness, waved and disappeared into the house.

Meanwhile posters of Bobi Wine at his home and the entire Kasangati are selling like hot cake.

A medium poster (A4)goes for Shs10,000 and a smaller one (A5) goes for Shs5,000.

Mr Godfrey Muluya, a vender said he has made Shs700,000 this week out of the posters. He says they are printed from Nasser Road and some places around Kasangati.

About 50 people come to buy the posters everyday, according to Muluya.
