The Buganda Expo is an annual event on the Buganda calendar whose major role is to orient and introduce the public to the opportunities within the kingdom in order to economically empower them. Its major focus is Tourism, Agriculture, Cooperatives and Research as key areas for sustainable growth.
Dubbed ‘Omwoleso Gaggade’ under the theme, ‘Culture is not old fashion, its vintage’ this year, it is not just an Exhibition but also an opportunity for all those interested in knowledge, innovation and development of our motherland.
The date is already set, and it will take place from 19th-28th August, all roads will be leading to the Lubiri Expo Grounds, Mu Lubiri e Mengo.
This Expo started in 2008 with about 150 exhibitors and over the years, the number of revelers and exhibitors has risen considerably given the juicy benefits to the people and it is one of the premier meeting places for the tourism, agriculture, SMEs, industries and form for establishing high quality customer contacts and conducting business.
