Salvado cancels Africa laughs show

This year’s Africa laughs comedy show is not going to happen. Atleast not on the August 12, as earlier communicated.

The show, according to Patrick ‘Salvado’ Idringi has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. The comedian however didn’t not go into details of the circumstances while making the announcement.

“To everyone who was looking forward to this show … it’s sad to announce that it won’t be happening as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances but we soldier on, everything happens for a reason. We shall be back in part – 2,” the comedian announced on twitter with a the watermark ‘Cancelled’ across the poster.  

This particular edition was supposed to happen at Kololo airstrip, just like his previous show. It was was going to be headlined by Basket Mouth, Celeste Ntuli, Alfred Kainga, Dr Hillary Okello, Madrat and Chiko, Emma Napoleon among others comedians. Maddox Sematimba as the musician for the day.  Salvado didn’t not say when the show would return.
